It’s that moment in life when you realize something’s got to change. Maybe the way things have been going just isn’t working anymore—too much pain, stress, or hurt, or just feeling stuck. A humble beginning is when you stop pretending everything's fine and admit, “I can't do this all on my own.” It’s about being honest with yourself, acknowledging reality as it really is--maybe you’ve hit a wall or come to the end of a path--this about being open to finding a better way forward.
